2. Estimates & Proposals

All quotes, estimates, and proposals:

Are non-binding unless confirmed in writing

May be subject to change based on site conditions

Are based on information provided at time of inspection

Unforeseen conditions including, but not limited to, hidden irrigation damage, root intrusion, soil instability, or weather impact may require pricing adjustments.

3. Scheduling & Access

Clients agree to:

Provide reasonable property access

Secure pets and remove obstructions

Ensure clear work areas

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, locked gates, vehicles blocking service areas, or unsafe conditions.

4. Weather & Force Majeure

Services may be rescheduled due to:

Severe weather

Storm events

Equipment failure

Supply chain interruptions

Circumstances beyond our control

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on service type.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payment is due upon completion of one-time services

Recurring services may be billed monthly

Late payments may incur fees

The Company reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. Property Conditions & Liability

Clients acknowledge:

Landscaping work involves machinery and tools

Minor incidental impact to turf may occur

Existing property defects are not the responsibility of the Company

The Company is not responsible for:

Pre-existing irrigation damage

Underground utilities not properly marked

Unstable soil conditions

Damage caused by hidden debris or foreign objects

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of services provided.

7. HOA & Commercial Clients

For HOA and commercial properties:

Authorized representatives must approve services

Scope of work will be defined in written agreements

Long-term contracts may contain separate terms

Community standards compliance is the responsibility of the governing body.

8. Website Use

Submit false or misleading information

Attempt to disrupt website functionality

Use the website for unlawful purposes
